摘 要:以水为物理发泡剂,氨氧化铝(ATH).氲氯化镁(MH)和多聚磷酸铵(APP)为阻燃剂,采用熔融共混法制备了聚丙撑碳酸磕,淀粉(PPC/ST)阻燃发泡材料,研究了阻燃剂存在下的PPCIST共混体系水发泡行为,同时对比研究了阻燃剂的添加对泡沫结构,热稳定性和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:与阻燃剂添加前相比,添加阻燃剂后所得泡沫的泡孔尺寸明显减小,且孔径分布变得更加均匀;添加阻燃剂使得PPC的热稳定性显著提升;三种阻燃发泡材料中,PPC/ST/APP阻燃泡沫的阻燃效果最优,点燃后(空气中)能够离火自熄,极限氧指数《LOI)达到27.5%,阻燃等级达到UL94V-0级。Using water as physical blowing agent, the flame-retardant poly(propylene carbonate)/starch (PPC/ST) foams with aluminum hydroxide (ATH), magnesium hydroxide (MH) and ammonium polyphosphate (APP) as flame retardants were prepared by melt blending method. The effect of the fire retardant on foaming behaviors of PPCIST blend system was investigated. At the same time, the structure, thermal stability and flame resistance of the foams were studied. The results show that the cell size of the foams decreases and the cells are well-distributed after adding fire retardant. The thermal stability of the foams increases significantly. The PPC/ST/APP foam has the best flame retardant effect among the three flame-retardant foams, and the vertical combustion in the air can reach the self-extinguishing from the fire, meanwhile, LOI of the foam reaches 27.5%, and the flame-retardant grade reaches UL 94V-0.
