复方阿嗪米特肠溶片与复方消化酶分别联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗化学性消化不良的效果比较

摘　　要：目的观察复方阿嗪米特肠溶片与复方消化酶分别联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗化学性消化不良的临床效果。方法选择2014年1月~2016年12月上海市中医药大学附属曙光医院宝山分院消化内科门诊及住院患者110例化学性消化不良患者为研究对象。将患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组55例给予复方阿嗪米特肠溶片联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,对照组55例给予复方消化酶联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,治疗时间均为2个月。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后的GSRS症状积分,记录两组患者治疗过程中的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为92.7%,明显高于对照组的76.4%(P<0.01)。两组治疗后的GSRS评分均明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后的GSRS各项评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论复方阿嗪米特肠溶片联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗化学性消化不良的效果较复方消化酶联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片更显著,值得临床推广及进一步规范研究。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Mite and Compound Digestive Enzyme combined with Deanxit separately in the treatment of chemical dyspepsia.Methods 110 outpatients and inpatients with chemical dyspepsia treated in department of gastroenterology of Baoshan Branch of Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine form January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as study subjects and they were di- vided into the two groups according to the random number table method.55 cases in the treatment group were treated with Mite combined with Deanxit while 55 patients in the control group were treated with Compound Digestive Enzyme combined with Deanxit.The treatment time was 2 months.Clinical curative effect in patients of the two groups was obser- vaed,and the symptoms integral of GSRS before and after treatment in patients between the two groups were compared, and the incidence of adverse reaction during treatment process in patients of the two groups was recorded.Results The total effective rate was 92.7% in the treatment group,which was obviously higher than that of the control group （76.4%） （P〈0.01）.After treatment,GSRS score in the two groups was significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01） and GSRS score in the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The effect of Mite com-bined with Deanxit in the treatment of ehemieal dyspep- sia is more significant compared with Compound Diges- tive Enzyme combined with Deanxit.It is worthy of clini- cal promotion and further normative study.
