条并卷联合机常见故障分析与排除方法

摘　　要：分析条并卷联合机常见故障的产生原因与排除方法。介绍了电磁阀、传感器和气缸等控制元件的作用与故障表现。对条并卷联合机生产中常见的14种故障表现以及产生原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决办法。认为:掌握条并卷联合机故障诊断方法,能够及时排除故障,提高设备运转效率。The common failures causes and elimination methods of draw frame and lap machine combined were analyzed. The role and failure appearance of control elements were introduced such as electromagnetic valve, sensor,air cylinder and so on. 14 kinds of common failures appearances and causes of draw frame and lap machine combined were analyzed in production. And the corresponding solving methods were proposed. It is considered that grasping the fault diagnosis methods of draw frame and lap machine combined can handle the failure immedi- ately and improve the running efficiency of equipment.
