摘　　要：归纳《伤寒论》《金匮要略》条文,简要阐释"瞑眩"反应机理及病案,意在说明辨证施治的重要性,希望引起同道对"瞑眩"反应的关注和重视。Through the study of induction of Treatise on cold Pathogenic and Synopsis of Golden Chamber provisions, this paper explains ＂dizziness＂ reaction mechanism and medicine record, to illustrate the importance of determining the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs, to cause concern and attention of fellow ＂dizziness＂ reaction.
