摘　　要：目的了解宁波市不同接种模式成人接种门诊的医生工作满意度及其影响因素。方法在全市160家成人接种门诊采用分层随机抽样方法选择798名接种医生进行问卷调查,计算执业环境、工作本身、公众认可、职业风险和总体5个维度的满意度平均得分,采用多元线性回归方法分析其影响因素。结果成人接种门诊医生执业环境、工作本身、公众认可、职业风险、总体满意度5个维度的平均得分分别为3.54±0.60分、2.99±0.68分、3.79±0.54分、2.64±0.84分、3.80±0.65分。多元线性回归分析显示,儿童/成人/动物致伤门诊混合模式、全科医生门诊模式、工作年限长可降低总体满意度(β=-0.19,P=0.02;β=-0.23,P<0.01;β=-0.14,P=0.03)。结论成人接种门诊医生工作满意度一般,接种模式、工作年限是其主要影响因素;应因地制宜设置成人接种门诊的接种模式。Objective To investigate job satisfaction of doctors in adult vaccination clinics having different service models,and to identify factors influencing job satisfaction. Methods We used a cluster random sampling technique to select 798 doctors from 160 adult vaccination clinics to complete a questionnaire. We calculated satisfaction scores for 5 domains,including work environment,the job itself,public acceptance,occupational risk,and overall satisfaction. Multivariate linear regression was used to determine factors influencing job satisfaction. Results The satisfaction scores for the five domains were 3. 54± 0. 60,2. 99 ± 0. 68,3. 79 ± 0. 54,2. 64 ± 0. 84,and 3. 80 ± 0. 65 points,respectively. The multivariate linear regression indicated that the service model of mixed vaccination for children,adults and animalinjured patients,the service model of general practitioner clinics,and the increasing work year might reduce job satisfaction（ β =-0. 19,P = 0. 02; β =-0. 23,P〈0. 01; β =-0. 14,P = 0. 03）. Conclusions Adult clinic doctors＇ job satisfaction was not high,and was significantly influenced by immunization service models and work year. We should consider these results as we establish adult vaccination clinics.
