摘 要:课程设置是人才培养模式的重要内容。清华大学外国语言文学系的教学过程分为两个阶段,课程设置方面减少专业技能课程的比重,重视英语语言文化知识的积累,围绕文学、语言学和跨学科文化三个方向设置课程,体现通识教育原则。借鉴清华大学外国语言文学系英语专业课程设置的经验,中国民航大学英语专业应增加语言、文学和文化通识课程的设置,增加语言、文学和跨学科文化等选修课程的开设,重塑英语专业特色,打破就业局限,培养创新人才。The curricula are an important content of talent training mode. The teaching process of Foreign Languages and Literature Department of Tsinghua University is divided into two stages, and the proportion of the professional-skill courses is reduced, the accumulation of language and culture knowledge is attached importance to, the courses are set up around such three directions as literature, linguistics and interdisciplinary culture, reflecting the liberal education principle. From the curricula experience of English major of Foreign Languages and Literature Department of Tsinghua University, English major of Civil Aviation University of China should increase the design of language, literature and liberal culture courses, add elective courses such as language, literature and interdisciplinary culture, take seriously the feature of English major, break the employment limitations, to cultivate the innovative talents.
