中药联合西咪替丁治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药联合西咪替丁治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法:选取我院2015年2月~2016年2月收治的复发性口腔溃疡患者112例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将112例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组56例。常规清创和西医治疗的基础上,两组均采用西咪替丁片粉末涂抹患处。治疗组在此基础上加用自拟中药汤剂治疗。两组均连用3个疗程。随访1年,统计两组临床疗效。采用视觉疼痛量表(VAS)对患者疼痛情况进行分析,并记录溃疡愈合时间和疼痛持续时间。记录两组治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为85.71%和64.29%,两组比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组溃疡愈合时间、疼痛评分和溃疡疼痛持续时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为12.50%和14.29%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药联合西咪替丁治疗复发性口腔溃疡有利于口腔受损黏膜的修复,缩短溃疡愈合时间,缓解疼痛症状,疗效显著,且具有较高的安全性,值得临床推荐。Objective ： To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Cimetidine in the treatment of recur- rent oral ulcer. Methods： 112patients with recurrent oral ulcers admitted in our hospital from February 2015to February 2016were selected as the study subjects, 112patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group, each group of 56cases. On the basis of conventional debridement and western medicine, the two groups were treated with cimetidine tablets powder coated the affected area. The treatment group plus seff-made Chinese medicine decoction treatment. The two groups were given three courses. Follow-up for one year, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were recorded. Visual pain scale （VAS） was used to analyze the patient＇s pain and record the duration of ulcer healing and duration of pain. The incidence of adverse events during the two groups was recorded. Results： The total effective rates of the treatment group and the controlled group were 85.71% and 64. 29% , respectively, with significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The duration of ulcer healing, pain score and ulcer pain duration in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group （P〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment and the controlled groups was 12. 50% and 14. 29%, respectively, without significant difference between the two groups （ P〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Cimetidine in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer is beneficial to the repair of oral damaged mueosa, shorten the healing time of ulcer, relieve pain symptoms, and have high curative effect and high safety. It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
