摘 要:视觉测量由于具有非接触、高效、低成本、自动化程度高等优点,正逐渐取代传统的测量方法。提出了一种基于视觉测量的直齿圆柱齿轮尺寸参数的测量方法。首先,搭建了精密视觉测量系统,分析直齿圆柱齿轮视觉测量流程以及系统构成;其次,验证了视觉测量系统的可靠性,利用高精度光学玻璃进行标定和重复性精度评估,结果表明测量系统的误差均小于0.03Pixels;最后,运用凸集轮廓的方法定位齿顶圆,利用开运算的方法定位齿根圆,最终沿分度圆扫描灰度阶越,得出齿槽宽与齿厚,从而测量出齿轮的各项参数。实验结果表明,该方法快速准确,测量效果更加稳定。Compared with traditional measuring methods, vision metrology is becoming more dominant thanks to its advantages in terms of non-cont^wt, high efficienc), low-cost and full automation. Motivated by this, we present a novel method to measure spur gear parameters based on vision metrology in this paper. Firstly, the precision vision-based measurement system is set up, and its modules and the measuring process on spur gear parameters are analyzed. Secondly, the reliability of the vision-based measurement system is verified, which is calibrated and evaluated by a high cwcuracy lithography glass-board. The results show that the measuring error is less than 0.03 pixels. Lastly, the addendum circle is located by a method of contour convex sets, and the root circle is found by the open operation. And then the tanth thickness and space width are determined by detecting gray scale edge along the reference circle to get all the parameters. The experimental results show that the method is fast and accurate, while the measurement effect is steadier.
