摘 要:在分析国内大功率拖拉机发展现状的基础上,对国内某一品牌的大功率轮式拖拉机进行实际的田间作业试验,试验表明国内大功率轮式拖拉机变速器实际操作复杂易出错,且其燃油经济性差。基于欧美等发达国家拖拉机传动系统先进的液压机械无级传动技术,提出一种适合我国现阶段农业生产要求的水旱两用液压机械无级变速传动方案—液压机械无级变速器方案,并在AMESim环境下建立液压机械无级变速器模型,进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明,配备该液压机械无级变速器的大功率智能拖拉机能够满足现代农业生产要求。On the basis of analyzing the development status of domestic high-power wheel tractors, an actual field operation test was made regarding to the high-power wheel tractors of domestic brand. This showed that transmission of high-power wheel tractors complexed operation, error-prone, and poor fuel economy. Based on current advanced technology of tractors" hydraulic mechanical stepless transmission technology in American and European countries, a hydraulic mechanical stepless transmission scheme suitable to China' s present agricultural production requirements in the paddy field and dry field-- hydraulic machinery continuously variable transmission (HMCVT) was put forward. And establishing the simulation model of the scheme in AMESim environment. The simulation results showed that high-power tractors with hydraulic machinery continuously variable transmission could meet the requirements of modern agricultural production.
