摘  要:工业CT扫描参数的优化是提升图像质量并准确获取样品孔隙度的关键。本文介绍了基于CT图像计算Berea砂岩孔隙度的分析方法,该方法通过设置不同的参数并依据图像密度分辨率、半高宽、峰值强度、扫描时间等指标来判断CT图像的质量,确定曝光时间、电压、电流和切片数目分别为333 ms、100 kV、90μA和1 500时,可得到高质量的Berea砂岩CT图像。计算所得的Berea砂岩孔隙度与传统的称重法基本相等,这为岩石孔隙度计算分析提供一种新的手段和方法。Optimizing the CT scanning parameters is the key factor to improve the images quality and data accuracy of rock porosity. A method to calculate the porosity of Berea Sandstone based on CT images was introduced. Firstly, different CT scanning conditions were set and tested. Then, a group of the optimized parameters were determined to obtain the best CT images based on specifications such as the density resolution, half width, peak intensity and scanning time. The exposure time, voltage, current and number of slices were set as 333 ms, 100 kV, 90μA and 1 500 respectively. The CT image method was used along with the traditional weighing method. The absolute error between them was less than 0.8%. It was showed that the CT image was an ideal method for porosity calculating of Berea Sandstone.
