摘　　要：从学院工作实际出发,对当下校园文化与大学生创业意识激发作用的相互关系浅究,在深入探讨校园文化内涵作用的同时,通过若干事例举证校园文化对学生创业的影响,最后梳理总结出有效校园文化思路设计的若干建议,对于目前创业意识激发型校园文化顶层设计具有一定参考意义。Based on the reality of the college, this paper studies the mutual relation between current campus culture and entrepreneurial consciousness of college students.And this paper has listed several cases to prove the influence of campus culture on entrepreneurship of college students while performing in-depth discussion about the connotation function of campus culture, and several effective suggestions for the design of campus culture thoughts have been summarized ,which has been significant and can be used as reference to the top design of campus culture to motivate entrepreneurial consciousness.
