摘 要:虽然责任型领导与组织创新的关系已经得到了证实,但绿色IT资本和建设性责任感知对二者关系的影响却被研究者们所忽略。为了弥补这一空白,在文献回顾的基础上,研究在责任型领导与团队创新绩效的关系中引入绿色IT资本和建设性责任感知,旨在探讨责任型领导对绿色IT资本的影响,以及绿色IT资本对建设性责任感知和团队创新绩效的影响。通过对我国东北三省部分城市的315份抽样调查数据的调研,责任型领导对绿色IT人力资本、绿色IT结构资本、绿色IT关系资本、建设性责任感知和团队创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,绿色IT资本的三个维度对建设性责任感知和团队创新绩效具有积极促进作用,建设性责任感知对团队创新绩效具有正向影响。此外,绿色IT资本在责任型领导、建设性责任感知和团队创新绩效的关系中具有部分中介作用。研究从理论上丰富了责任型领导和团队创新绩效的关系研究,对东北制造企业管理者提升团队创新绩效具有一定的启示作用。Although the relationship between responsible leadership and organizational innovation has been confirmed, the impact of green IT capital and felt obligation for constructive change on the relationship between the two have been ignored by researchers. In order to make up for this gap, based on the past literatures, we introduce green IT capital and felt obligation for constructive change in the relationship between responsible leadership and team innovation performance, aims to explore the effect of responsible leadership on green it capital, and the effect of green IT capital on felt obligation for constructive change and team innovation performance. By collecting 315 sample data of part cities from three provinces in Northeast China, the survey results show responsible leadership has positive impact on green IT human capital, green IT capital structure, green IT relationship capital, felt obligation for constructive change and team innovation performance, the three dimensions of green IT capital have also positive impact on felt obligation for constructive change and team innovation performance, felt obligation for constructive change has positive impact on team innovation performance. In addition, green IT capital plays a partmediating role in the relationship between responsible leadership, felt obligation for constructive change and team innovation performance. Research on the relationship between the responsibility leadership and team innovation performance has a certain enlightenment to the northeast manufacturing enterprise managers to improve the team innovation performance.
