抗战时期延安翻译活动考察及资本理论的拓展

摘　　要：目前对于抗战时期延安翻译活动的认知还有很多空白,如延安翻译活动与延安抗战之间的关系、为延安政权构建形象以及取得法理性发挥的作用、如何体现延安在生死存亡时刻的领导力和创新力、为延安政权生成战斗力的机制等等,都值得深度探索。本文运用布迪厄资本理论中四个主要子资本概念即经济资本、文化资本、社会资本和象征资本构建分析框架,通过考察抗战时期延安翻译活动去探究四个子资本之间关系,在此基础上形成抗战时期延安翻译活动的深层认知。该研究有望为翻译与战争研究带来全新话语体系和阐释空间,同时拓展布迪厄资本理论内涵和应用空间。Many questions remain unanswered about translation activities taking place in Yan'an during WWII, such as how those activities were related to Yan'an's status as one of the command centers in China's resistance against Japanese aggression; what roles translation played in Yan'an Regional Government's image-projecting and legitimacy-constructing efforts; how the activities reflected the leadership Yan'an was exercising at a life-anddeath moment for the Chinese nation; what were the mechanisms whereby translation contributed to the fostering of combat spirit for both the military and the civilians under Yan'an's command, etc. Applying Bourdieu's conception of four major kinds of capitals as its theoretical framework, this article subjects the questions concerned to a thorough investigation. Its findings are expected to offer a fresh way of thinking about translation and war, and to expand the scope of applicability of Bourdieu's notion of capitals as well.
