摘　　要：大国工匠精神作为一种新时期重塑的精神理念,在高校教育教学改革中具有十分重要的作用。结合上饶师范学院的改革实际,探讨地方高校运用大国工匠精神,指导电子信息人才培养模式的构建,为相关院校教育教学改革、提高教学质量提供参考和借鉴。The spirit of power craftsmen,as a remodeling spiritual concept in the new period,plays a very important role in the educational and teaching reform of higher education. By combining the reform practice of Shangrao Normal University, the spirit of great power craftsman is discussed in this paper to guide the construction of personnel training model of electronic information in local colleges and universities,and the research results can be used as a resource of reference for the reform of education and teaching and the improvement of teaching quality in relevant colleges and universities
