校园足球裁判员队伍建设情况分析——以2016年中国中学生足球协会杯为例

摘　　要：文章为了了解当前校园足球裁判员队伍建设情况,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对2016年中国中学生足球协会杯足球裁判员队伍基本情况进行分析。研究表明:目前的校园足球裁判员队伍年轻化,职业多数为体育类的教师与学生,有学历高、"裁龄"短等特点。建议用信息化手段创造最好的条件服务于裁判员培训;明确校园足球裁判员培养晋级审批问题;根据校园足球四级联赛体系按照年龄层次,培养学生裁判员。The thesis aims to understand the current construction of campus football referee team situation from Chinese High School Football Association Cup in 2016. Based on the method of literature documents,logical analysis,questionnaire and math-ematical statistics,this thesis analyzes the basic situation of the current campus football referee team. Currently the campus football referee team is more and more younger,most of them are physical education teachers and students,has a high degree, engaged in the work time is short, etc. （advice） Using informatization technology to create the best conditions in the service of the referee training ; Clear the campus football referee training promotion problem of examination and approval ; According to the campus football level 4 league system and the age level,raises the student referees.
