2010-2014年彭州市户籍人口恶性肿瘤发病与死亡分析

摘　　要：目的了解彭州市居民2010-2014年恶性肿瘤发病与死亡特征,为政府制定相关措施提供科学依据。方法对彭州市肿瘤登记处2010-2014年的恶性肿瘤资料进行整理,利用Excel 2007及SPSS 19.0统计软件对资料进行分析。结果 2010-2014年彭州市恶性肿瘤粗发病率为309.47/10万,中标发病率为213.99/10万,世标发病率为240.58/10万,0~74岁累积率为24.54%,35~64岁截缩率为282.46/10万;恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为220.61/10万,中标死亡率为150.81/10万,世标死亡率为172.43/10万,0~74岁累积率为17.17%,35~64岁截缩率为180.47/10万。恶性肿瘤发病及死亡均随年龄增长呈上升趋势,均在≥85岁年龄组达高峰。肺癌、食管癌、肝癌、胃癌及结直肠癌位于发病前5位恶性肿瘤;肺癌、肝癌、食管癌、胃癌及结直肠癌位于死亡前5位恶性肿瘤。结论彭州市2010-2014年恶性肿瘤发病率及死亡率高于全国水平,肺癌、消化系统恶性肿瘤、男性膀胱癌、女性乳腺癌和宫颈癌是彭州市危害最大的恶性肿瘤,应是肿瘤防治工作的重点。Objective To understand the characteristics of morbidity and mortality of malignant tumor in resi- dents of Pengzhou city from 2010 to 2014, and to provide scientific evidence for the government to formulate relevant measures. Methods The data of malignant tumor in tumor registry of Penzhou from 2010 to 2014 were collected and analyzed by Excel 2007 and SPSS 19.0. Results 2010-2014 Pengzhou crude cancer in- cidence rate was 309.47/10^5, the incidence rate was 213.99/10^5, the standard incidence rate was 240. 58/ 10^5 , the cumulative rate was 24.54% of 0 -74 years old, 35 -64 year old truncated rate was 282. 46/10^5 ; crude cancer mortality rate was 220. 61/10^5, the mortality rate was 150. 81/10^5 , the standard mortality rate was 172.43/10^5, the cumulative rate was 17.17% of 0 -74 years old, 35 -64 year old truncated rate was 180.47/10^5. The incidence and mortality of malignant tumors increased with age, it reached the highest level in 85 ages and ＇above group. Lung cancer, esop cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer and colorectal er were the top 5 malignant tumors of morbidity. hageal cane- Lung cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer and colorectal cancer were the top 5 malignant tumors lead to death. Conclusion 2010 -2014 Pengzhou cancer incidence and mortality was higher than the national level. Lung cancer, digestive system malignant tumor, bladder cancer, breast cancer and cervical cancer in Pengzhou city was the most harmful malignant tumors, should be the focus on prevention and control.
