摘　　要："多"和"几"都能单独接量词,也能与数词组合表概数,但是学界对表概数的"多"的词性却颇有争议。通过将"多"与"几"对比,讨论"多"单独接量词的情况,分析数词、数量词之后表不确定零数的"多"的词性。Duo（多） and Ji（几） not only can modify measure words independently, but also consist of approximate number with precise numerals, but the part of speech of Duo（多） is contentious. Based on comparison of Duo（多） and Ji（几）, the situation of Duo（多） before measure word was discussed, and the characteristic of Duo（多） after numerals or measure words are analyzed.
