摘 要:研究硅烷偶联剂γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(γ-MPS)的不同用量对纳米ZrO_2-SiO_2混合填充齿科复合树脂的填充量和物理机械性能的影响.以硅溶胶和乙酸锆为原料,在酸性条件下合成ZrO_2-SiO_2复合粒子,采用γ-MPS对ZrO_2-SiO_2实现表面修饰,与双酚A-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(Bis-GMA)和双甲基丙烯酸二缩三乙二醇酯(TEGDMA)树脂基质共混制备齿科复合树脂.采用红外光谱(FTIR)、透射电镜(TEM)、热重法(TGA)、激光粒度分析(LPA)等实验手段对修饰前后纳米ZrO_2-SiO_2的表面结构和在有机树脂基质中的分散稳定性进行分析.结果表明,通过γ-MPS表面改性后,无机粒子表面覆盖了硅烷偶联剂的有机官能团,降低了颗粒聚积程度,使其在有机树脂中的分散性提高.修饰后的ZrO_2-SiO_2与树脂基质共聚,由此提高了复合材料的机械性.因此,表面处理可以增强纳米ZrO_2-SiO_2与复合树脂基质的相容性,且对无机填料的填充量和复合树脂的机械性能有较显著的影响.The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence of the amount of silane coupling agent Methacrylate functionalized silane( γ-MPS) on the filler loading and mechanical properties of nano-ZrO_2-SiO_2 based dental resin composites. The nano-sized ZrO_2-SiO_2 composite powders were synthesized using colloidal silica and zirconium acetate under acid condition. γ-MPS was adopted as coupling agent for the surface modification. The dental resin substrates were generated by adding them to the mixture of bisphenol A-biglycidyl methacrylate( Bis-GMA) and triethylene glycol dimethacrylate( TEGDMA). Fourier transform infrared( FTIR),transmission electron microscopy( TEM),thermogravimetric analysis( TGA) and laser particle analysis( LPA) were adopted to characterize and analyze the ZrO_2-SiO_2 nano-particles before and after modification and the dispersion in organic resin substrates. It is found that inorganic particles were successfully modified using silane coupling agent γ-MPS which organic functional groups chemically bonded on the surface of ZrO_2-SiO_2. The surface modification reduces the particles' aggregation and improves the dispersion in organic resin. The modified ZrO_2-SiO_2 and organic resin processing dental composite resin has been prepared with better-mechanical property. The silane used for the silanization of nano-ZrO_2-SiO_2 has a significant influence on the compatibility with resin substrates,filler loading and mechanical properties of the resin composite.
