摘  要:海上石油平台设备系统故障轻则会破坏环境,重则会造成设备爆炸,引起人员伤亡等更为严重的后果。安全仪表系统是中控系统的重要组成部分,它为海洋石油平台的正常生产、人员安全以及环境保护等提供了重要保障。研究了安全仪表的设计流程、安全完整性等级、冗余应用和设计中应该注意的问题,提出了对传感器、最终执行元件以及逻辑控制器的要求,给出了安全仪表系统的设计应用。现场实际应用表明,该安全仪表系统运行稳定、可靠性高。该系统对于其他安全仪表系统的设计,具有一定的借鉴意义。The failure of equipment and system on offshore oil platform could damage the environment,cause equipment explosion,casualties and other serious consequences. Safety instrumented system is one of the important parts of the central control system,which provides an important guarantee for the normal production,personnel safety and environmental protection of the offshore oil platform. For safety instrument,the design process,the level of safety integrity,the application of redundancy and the issues that should be paid attention to in the design are introduced. And in this paper,requirements for sensors,final actuators,and logic controllers are required. The design and application of safety instrument system are described. The practical field application shows that the safety instrument system operates stably with high reliability. The system will be of reference to the design of other safety instrument system.
