摘 要:基于Rogowski线圈的电子式电流互感器是电力系统的关键检测设备。电网信号的准确测量是电网电力系统可靠运行的重要保障。电流互感器性能好坏直接影响电流准确测量和可靠保护控制。传统的电流互感器存在磁饱和、绝缘性差、精度低、动态范围小、体积大等缺点。电子式电流互感器具有良好的绝缘性、较宽的频率响应范围及较好的抗干扰能力。电流互感器的关键技术是传感头-Rogowski线圈的设计。对外磁场对电子式电流互感器传感头的误差影响进行研究,提出了改进措施。在Rogowski线圈中,将一次电流产生的磁通分解成相对于骨架的平行分量和垂直分量,并考虑了外界干扰磁场对两个分量的影响,进而研究干扰磁场对检测性能的影响。运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对磁场分布进行仿真。改进绕线方法和加装屏蔽壳可降低外磁场对其的影响,提高其工作精度。The electronic current transformer based on Rogowski coil is the key detection equipment in electric power system. The accurate measurement of the power grid signal is an important guarantee for the reliable operation of the power grid system. The performance of the electric current transformer directly affects the accurate measurement and reliable protection control. The traditional current transformer features many disadvantages,e. g.,magnetic saturation,poor insulation,low precision,small dynamic range and large volume,etc. While electronic current transformer outputs digital signal,it possesses excellent insulation,wide frequency response range and good anti-interference capability. The key technology of current transformer is the design of the sensor head-Rogowski coil. The error caused by the influence of the external magnetic field on the Rogowski coil is studied and the improving measures are put forward to reduce the error. The magnetic flux generated by the primary current is decomposed into the parallel component and the vertical component relatives to the bobbin of Rogowski coil,and the effect of the external disturbance magnetic field on the two components is considered. Thus the influence of the interference magnetic field on the detection performance is studied and the ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to simulate the magnetic field distribution. It is concluded that improving the winding method and installing the shielding shell can reduce the influence of external magnetic field and improve the working precision.
