摘  要:抑郁症是一种常见的和容易复发的精神疾病,确切发病机制未知,病因复杂。巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)作为一种具有重要作用的多功能细胞因子,不但参与机体免疫炎症反应,增加促炎细胞因子的产生,使环加氧酶2活化,而且受下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的调控,与糖皮质激素有协同作用参与抑郁症的病理生理过程。近年来的研究发现MIF在脑海马、杏仁核等与抑郁症相关脑区表达,参与抑郁症的发生、发展,外周MIF与抑郁症严重程度相关。随着MIF与抑郁症的相关研究日益增多,研究发现MIF在抑郁症的发生机制中有重要意义,为今后探索抑郁症的治疗提供了新思路。Depression is a common mental disease easy to relapse, with unknown exact pathogenesis and complicated causes. Macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) is a multifunctional cytokine that not only plays an important role in the immune and inflammatory reactions of humrnan body,increasing the production of proinflammatory cytokines, activating the cyclooxygenase-2, but is also regulated by the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis and has a synergistic effect with glu- cocorticoid in the pathophysiology of depression. Recent studies have found that MIF is expressed in the hrain areas related to depression,such as brain hippocampus and amygdala. Peripheral MIF is associated with the severity of depressive symp- toms. With the increasing research on the relationship between MIF and depression,it's found that MIF plays an important role in the pathogenesis of depression and provides a new idea for exploring new therapies for depression in the future.
