摘　　要：目的探讨CAIPIRINHA与GRAPPA序列在腹部磁共振增强的比较。方法选取68例上腹部平扫加增强的患者,分别运用CAIPIRINHA采样模式和GRAPPA采样模式对其进行磁共振检查,比较和分析两者的图像质量和采集时间。结果 CAIPIRINHA采样模式较GRAPPA采用模式缩短扫描时间,获取更好的图像质量。结论 CAIPIRINHA采样模式适合在腹部磁共振增强中应用。Objective Discuss and compare to the enhanced CAIPIRINHA and the GRAPPA MR sequence in the abdomen. Method Sixty-eight cases of abdominal were selected, and the CAIPIRINHA sampling mode and the GRAPPA sampling mode of magnetic resonance imaging were carried out respectively- Furthermore, compare and ana-lyze the imaging quality and collecting time with the two sequences. Result The CAIPIRINHA sampling mode was shorter than the GRAPPA sampling mode in scanning time and reaps better imaging quality. Conclusion The CAIPIRINHA sampling pattern is suitable for using in abdominal magnetic resonance.
