摘 要:设计合成了7个7-羟基-香豆素硝基衍生物,以~1H NMR确证了其结构,并以菌丝生长速率法对其抑菌活性进行了测定。合成衍生物中4-甲基-7-羟基-6-硝基-香豆素抑菌活性最强,对苹果腐烂病菌及苹果轮纹病菌的EC50约10mg·L^(-1),4-甲基、7-羟基、6-硝基对香豆素抑菌活性有利。Seven nitro-derivatives of 7-hydroxy-coumarin were designed and synthesized,and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR.Furthermore,their antifungal activities against the mycelia growth of 4 phytopathogens were examined.Compound 4-methyl-7-hydroxy-6-nitro-coumarin exhibited the highest antifungal activities,with EC50 of about 10 mg·L-1 against the phytopathogens Valsa mali and Physalospora piricola.The results showed that 4-methyl,7-hydroxy and 6-nitro were important to the antifungal activity of coumarin.
