摘  要:利用细菌形态特征和16S r DNA序列分析方法鉴定了泽兰实蝇(Procecidochares utilis Stone)幼虫内生细菌的种类,并通过圆叶片法初步研究了这些内生细菌对紫茎泽兰(Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng)叶片的侵害作用。从泽兰实蝇幼虫体内共分离了22株菌,并鉴定出21种,分属于10个属:迪茨菌属(Dietzia)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、泛菌属(Pantoea)、类芽孢杆菌属(Paenibacillus)、微杆菌属(Microbacterium)、肠杆菌属(Enterobacter)、莫拉菌属(Moraxella)、红球菌属(Rhodococcus)、不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)、克吕沃尔菌属(Kluyvera)。ZLSY2、ZLSY5、ZLSY15、ZLSY16、ZLSY20、ZLSY22这6株菌对紫茎泽兰的叶片有显著的侵害作用。The species of symbiotic bacteria in Procecidochares utilis Stone larvae were identified through the bacterial morphological characteristics and 16 S r DNA sequence analysis,and the herbicidal activities of these symbiotic bacteria against the leaves of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng were initially studied by using the method of circle blade.A total of 22 bacterial strains were isolated from the larvae of P.utilis,21 species were identified,and they belonged to the following 10 genera:Dietzia,Bacillus,Pantoea,Paenibacillus,Microbacterium,Enterobacter,Moraxella,Rhodococcus,Acinetobacter and Kluyvera.Six strains(ZLSY2,ZLSY5,ZLSY15,ZLSY16,ZLSY20 and ZLSY22) had a significant herbicidal activity to the leaves of E.adenophorum.
