新工科背景下印刷工程专业人才培养建设研究

摘　　要：新产业、新业态、新技术和新模式在印刷行业的广泛应用与快速发展,新工科型印刷工程人才成为首要资源和核心力量。新工科型印刷工程人才培养已迫在眉睫,高校印刷工程专业亟需探索适应于新工科发展的印刷工程人才培养方案,为印刷行业输送大量新工科型印刷工程人才。文章首先分析了印刷工程人才培养现状,以此探索了新工科的印刷工程人才培养方案和人才培养措施。New industries, new formats, new technologies and new models in the printing industry have been used widely and de- veloped rapidly, so inter-disciplinary talents become the primary resource and core strength. The training of inter-disciplinary talent is imminent, so the printing education in the university needs to adapt the training program of printing engineering that can transport a large number of new engineering printing talents. This paper first analyzes the training of printing engineering personnel, and then explores the training programs of the printing engineering talents in new engineering and personnel training measures.
