高职法律实训课程教学设计新思路

摘　　要：高职院校的课程改革是培养应用型人才的改革,学生不只要具备专业素质能力,还要具备行业通用能力等综合职业技术能力,才能在未来充满变数的职业生涯中不断获得成功。因此在提高专业技能的同时全方位地增强学生的综合职业技能是本文的重点。以讨论课项目、情景教学项目、自学项目和社会实践项目内容为载体的教学方式采取任务驱动的方法,更加利于突出学生的主体地位,培养学生的综合职业技能,培养适应中国特色法治理论建设国家的需要,培养自觉运用法学知识,熟练指导自己在经济、法律、社会生活领域成功运作的,具有复合型知识结构的人才。The curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges is the reform of training applied talents. Students need not only have professional skills, but also have comprehensive quality, in order to succeed in the future full of variable career. Therefore, the focus of this article is to improve students＇ comprehensive ability while improving their professional skills. This article uses task-driven approach teaching methods, including project of seminar class, case analysis, self-study and practicing in society. It is more conducive to highlight the dominant position of students, it cultivates the students＇ comprehensive skills, and it can skillfully guide stu- dents in the economic, legal and social life field of successful development.
