摘　　要：目的探讨以团队为基础的教学法联合翻转课堂在骨科专科护士培训中的应用及效果评价。方法选取43名骨科专科护士进行培训,包括护理部组织成立培训小组,由培训小组成员共同进行培训课程的设计、内容的设置、计划的制订及通过课前准备、课内实施、课后演练的形式确保培训方案的实施。培训结束后,比较培训前后骨科专科护士的理论知识水平、工作核心能力方面的差异,并对教学效果满意度进行问卷调查。结果培训后,骨科专科护士的理论成绩、工作核心能力总分及各维度得分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),骨科专科护士对教学总体满意度为97.67%。结论以团队为基础的教学法联合翻转课堂有效提高了骨科专科护士理论知识的理解和应用、团队协作、评判性思维和科研等工作核心能力,保证了骨科专科护士的培训质量,促进了骨科专科护士培训基地的发展建设,为以后的专科护士培训提供良好的经验。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of team-based pedagogy combined with flipped classroom in the training of orthopedic specialist nurses. Method A total of 43 orthopedic specialist nurses were selected for training. The nursing department organized a training group and staff in the group participated in the design,content setting,planning and preparation of the course implementation of the course,and practice afer the couse to insure the training plan. After the training,compare the level of theoretical knowledge and the core competence of orthopedic specialist nurses before and after training,and conduct a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of teaching effect. Results After training,the theoretical scores of the orthopedic nurses,the total score of the core competence and the scores of the dimensions were higher than those before the training（ P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）. The overall satisfaction of the orthopedic nurses was 97. 67%. Conclusion The team-based pedagogy combined with flipped classroom effectively improves the orthopedic specialist nurses＇ theoretical knowledge of the understanding and application of teamwork,critical thinking and scientific research and other core competencies to ensure the orthopedic specialist nurses＇ training quality,promote the development of orthopedic nurses training base,and provide a good experience for the future training of specialist nurses.
