摘　　要：On November 30th, according to the Global Capital Confidence Barometer （hereinafter referred to as the Barometer） which was recently released by Ernst ＆ Young, the increase in this year＇s transactions will continue to raise global M＆A activities.On November 30th,accordingto the Global Capital Confi-dence Barometer(hereinafterreferred to as the Barometer)which was recently released by Ernst&Young,the increase in this year’s transac-tions will continue to raise global M&Aactivities.The survey result shows thatChina’s business investors continue tohave sustained high M&A demands,andin the year of 2018,China will continueto be the top choice for the majority ofChinese companies to conduct M&Aactivities.
