摘　　要：TNM分期作为肿瘤治疗和预后评估的标准,每一次更新都具有重大意义。本文根据最新发布的第八版美国癌症联合委员会(AJCC)分期手册归纳总结最新头颈部肿瘤分期的几项重大变革,分析其优缺点及未来修订方向,对目前头颈部肿瘤研究热点作简要介绍,以供临床工作者参考。The TNM staging system is an essential standard for cancer treatment and evaluation,and is used to assess a patient＇s prognosis.Therefore,every update made to the system is of great significance.According to the recently released edition of the American Joint Committee on Cancer（AJCC） Staging Manual,several major changes to head and neck cancer staging have been made.In this paper,we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of these amendments and offer a direction for making future amendments.Our goal is to provide a brief introduction of recent research on head and neck cancers,which can be used as a reference by clinicians.
