摘　　要：在大众创业、万众创新的浪潮中,"独角兽"企业已成为推动经济中高速增长、迈向中高端水平的重要引擎。文章通过对《2016年中国独角兽企业发展报告》进行分析整理,比较研究国内典型"独角兽"企业重点省市分布情况,在此基础上提出江苏发展"独角兽"企业的对策建议。In the wave of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, unicorn companies have become an important engine for high speed growth in the economy and towards the middle and high levels. This paper analyzes and summarizes the China Unicorn Enterprise Development Report 2016, compares and studies the distribution of typical ＂ unicorn ＂ enterprises in key provinces and cities in China, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of unicorn enterprises in Jiangsu.
