摘 要:剖析影响未成年犯罪个性特征的心理因素发现,其在外倾、同情、从属、波动、冲动、戒备、自卑、暴力倾向、变态心理因子上得分与全国常模存在显著差异,父母教养方式、同伴关系、自尊、社会支持影响着未成年犯罪个性特征,社会支持在同伴关系与犯罪个性特征之间发挥中介作用,自尊在父母教养方式与犯罪个性特征间起调节作用。应建构并实施"双预机制",全面优化父母教养方式,杜绝未成年犯罪的萌芽;构建良好的同伴关系,阻断未成年犯罪的源头;提升个体自尊水平,增强未成年抵制犯罪的内力;弘扬社会主义核心价值观,传承中华民族传统美德;借鉴国际经验,构建完善社会支持系统。Psychological factors on affecting the personality characteristics of juvenile delinquency are analyzed and are significant differences are found in the extroversion, sympathy, affiliation, volatility, impulsivity, alert, inferiority, violence, abnormal psychological factors between the sample scores in the dimensions of personality characteristics of the criminals and the national norm. The parenting style, peer relationship, self-esteem and social support influence the personality characteristics of juvenile delinquency. The social support plays a mediating role between peer relationship and personality characteristics of the juvenile delinquents and the self-esteem plays a moderating role between parenting style and personality characteristics of the juvenile delinquents. The dual-intervention method should be constructed to optimize the parenting style to eliminate the root of juvenile delinquency to build a good peer relationship to block the source of juvenile delinquency, to improve the level of individual self-esteem to strengthen the internal force of staying away from committing crime, to advocate socialist core values to inherit traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, and to learn from international successful experience to build perfect Social support system.
