摘　　要：目的探讨鬓角发际线内小切口治疗颧骨颧弓骨折的有效性和安全性。方法对2014年3月至2017年1月在徐州市中心医院口腔科进行鬓角发际线内小切口路径内固定治疗的21例颧骨颧弓骨折患者进行跟踪随访,按三级标准评价手术效果,包括手术切口愈合情况、面形和功能的恢复及手术并发症。结果所有患者手术软组织切口均Ⅰ期愈合,骨折断端达到解剖复位,面形恢复满意,开闭口功能正常,术后无神经损伤。结论鬓角发际线内切口是治疗颧骨骨折的较好方法,术野显露广泛且切口隐蔽性好。Objective To evaluate the security and efficacy of temple mini-incision within hairline in the internal fixation of zygomatic fracture. Methods Twenty - one patients of zygomatic fracture, collected from Xuzhou Central Hospital,who underwent internal fixation of zygomatic fracture using temple mini-incision within hairline between Mar. 2014 and Jan. 2017 were reviewed. Healing of incision, the facial contour,reduction,fixation and complications of the operation were followed up. Results All the incisions were primary healing. All fractures were anatomic reduction. Clinical and radiologic assessment of reduction was symmetric and stable and no nerve injury was noticed. Conclusion Temple incision within hairline for the reduction of zygomatic fracture is an effective approach,with good exposure and esthetic results.
