摘 要:目的:评价不同化学溶剂表面处理玻璃纤维桩后对其与树脂水门汀粘接强度的影响。方法:将24支玻璃纤维桩随机分成4组,A组(对照组),B组(硅烷化处理),C组(10%H_2O_2),D组(35%磷酸)。将玻璃纤维桩与树脂水门汀粘接,制作形成树脂块并切割成薄片试件。将试件于万能试验机上进行推出实验,并计算粘接强度;体视显微镜下观察破坏模式;扫描电镜下观察纤维桩处理后的表面情况。结果:各组之间粘接强度为10%H_2O_2>35%磷酸>硅烷化组>对照组,硅烷化组和对照组间粘接强度无显著差异(P>0.05);其余每两组间相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。扫描电镜观察显示经表面处理后的玻璃纤维桩表面有不同程度的树脂基质溶解,有些存在玻璃纤维暴露。结论:经三种化学溶剂表面处理的纤维桩均能提高树脂水门汀粘接强度,其中10%H_2O_2处理后粘接强度最强。Objective: To evaluate the effects of surface treatments by different chemical solvents on the bond strength of glass fiber post with resin cement. Methods: Twenty-four glass fiber posts were randomly divided into 4 groups including group A( control group),group B( silanization),group C( 10% H_2O_2) and group D( 35% phosphoric acid). The glass fiber posts and resin cement were adhered to form resin blocks,which were cut into thin slices of specimens. The specimens were placed in the universal testing machine to calculate the bonding strength through push-out test,failure mode was observed under stereomicroscope and surface conditions of the treated fiber posts were observed by scanning electron microscopy. Results: The bond strengths of the groups satisfied the relation of 10% H_2O_2 group 35% phosphoric acid group silanization group control group. There was no significant difference in bond strength existed between the silanization group and the control group( P〈0. 05),and comparison between each other two remaining groups showed significant difference,respectively( P〈0. 05). Scanning electron microscopic observation showed that the glass fiber posts subjected to surface treatments presented resin matrix dissolution in different degrees,and some had fiber exposure. Conclusion: Surface treatments of fiber posts by the three kinds of chemical solvents can improve the bonding strength of the fiber posts with resin cement,wherein 10% H_2O_2 treatment results in the highest bond strength.
