摘　　要：目的观察加味桂枝芍药知母汤对乳腺癌术后上肢水肿的临床疗效。方法取60例乳腺癌手术后上肢水肿的患者进行随机分为2组,治疗组予加味桂枝芍药知母汤中药口服和功能锻炼,对照组单纯功能锻炼。用药6周后对比患肢臂围前后变化,计算有效率并行组间比较。结果治疗组有效率(93.33%)优于对照组(68.33%),P<0.05。结论加味桂枝芍药知母汤有效缓解乳腺癌术后患肢水肿,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction in the treatment of upper limb lymphedema after surgery of breast cancer.Methods 60 cases of upper limb lymphedema after surgery of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction of oral medicine and functional exercise,and the control group took functional exercise.After 6 weeks,the arm circumference and the effective rates were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment group（ 93.33%） was better than that of the control group（68.33%）,P〈0.05.Conclusion Modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction can effectively alleviate limb edema after breast cancer surgery,and is worthy of clinical application.
