癫痫与认知障碍的研究进展

摘　　要：目的 癫痫是神经系统的常见慢性疾病之一,严重影响患者的工作和生活,给家庭和社会带来沉重负担.癫痫可伴有很多共患病,其中认知障碍是其中最常见且危害最大的之一.已有很多研究发现癫痫与认知障碍之间存在着相关性,癫痫患者存在着不同程度的认知障碍,且与多种因素相关.为了更好治疗癫痫及其共患的认知障碍,现对癫痫与认知障碍的研究进展做一综述.Epilepsy is one of the most common chronic disease in the nervous system,which seriously affects the patient′s work and life,and brings heavy burden to the family and society.Epilepsy can be associated with many diseases,among which cognitive impairment is one of the most common and most harmful one.Many studies have found that there is a correlation between epilepsy and cognitive impairment.There are different degrees of cognitive impairment in epilepsy patients,which are related to many factors.In order to find out a better treatment for epilepsy and its comorbid cognitive impairment,the research progress of epilepsy and cognitive impairment is reviewed.
