摘 要:HPV是全球最常见的性传播感染病原之一,而持续高危型HPV感染与宫颈癌及癌前病变紧密相关.HPV检测广泛用于HPV感染相关性疾病的自然史和病因学研究,其检测或型别鉴定对HPV感染相关性疾病的筛查、早期诊断、治疗以及预后评估具有重要意义.随着分子生物学、免疫学的不断发展,生物标志物检测逐渐成为HPV检测的研究热点.该文对HPV检测的发展现状及研究进展做一综述.Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is one of the common sexually transmitted infections worldwide.As is known,persistent high-risk HPV infection is closely related with cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.HPV detection is widely used in the natural history and etiological study of HPV-related diseases.HPV detection or type identification is significant to screening,early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of HPV-related diseases.With the development of molecular biology and immunology,biomarker detection has gradually become the researching hotspot.The development status and research progress of HPV detection are reviewed in this article.
