摘 要:目的 探讨组合运动训练对青少年2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂代谢的影响.方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2015年8月—2016年7月在河北医科大学第二医院内分泌科住院的41例青少年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组21例和观察组20例.对照组采用有氧运动训练方案,观察组采用组合运动训练方案(有氧运动+抗阻训练),比较两组干预前后血糖和血脂水平.结果 干预12周后,对照组和观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均较干预前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05).干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05).两组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白均优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).观察组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 组合运动训练可以更好地改善青少年2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢能力,进而提高患者的健康水平.Objective To discuss the effects of combined exercise training on the glucolipid metabolism of type 2 diabetic adolescent patients. Methods A total of 41 cases of type 2 diabetic adolescent patients hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from August 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into the intervention group (n=20) and the control group (n=21). The control group adopted the aerobic exercise, and the intervention group adopted the aerobic combined with resistance exercises. The blood glucose and lipid levels of two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results After intervention for 12 weeks, levels of fasting blood glucose, 2-hour plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin significantly decreased compared with those before intervention in both intervention and control groups (P〈0.05). After intervention, levels of fasting blood glucose, 2-hour plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the intervention group were statistically lower than those of the control group (P〈 0.05); the total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), and high-density lipoprotein (HDL) in the two groups were significantly better than those before intervention (P〈 0.05); levels of TC, TG and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions Combined exercise training can improve the metabolic capability of glucose and lipid to enhance the health conditions of type 2 diabetic adolescent patients.
