摘　　要：开展双创教育教学改革、推进创客型人才培养是新建地方本科院校应然之义和竞争之道。但由于因袭着师资力量薄弱、生源质量低下、教育资源落后以及教学方法陈旧等历史重负,其创客型人才培养质量频遭诟病。新建地方本科院校只有抓好顶层设计、实施系统性教学机制改革、着力教学资源平台建设、构筑"校政企社"协同育人立交桥,才能解除羁绊,革除沉疴痼疾,有效提升创客型人才培养质量。It is required for the new-established local universities to carry out ^ creation-entrepreneurship” educationreform and cultivate creative talents,which also renders them moreadvantageous over their competitors. However, it isdifficult for them to produce high-quality talents in a short time due to their lack of faculty, weakness in the source ofgood students, backwardness in education resources and the outdated teaching methods. Therefore, the quality of theircreative talents training has always been criticized. Only when these new-established local universities takes such steps asimproving top-level design, carrying out systematic reform in teaching mechanism, consolidating the construction of teachingresourceplatform and building a bridge of dimensional cooperation between schools, local government and entrepreneursto cultivate talents, is it possible to remove restrains, eradicate chronic illness, and effectivelyimprove thequality of talent training.
