摘  要:通过梳理文献资料,将我国旅游住宿业的变迁历程归纳为:以古代旅馆为代表的起源期,以西式饭店、中西式饭店和客栈式旅店为主体的开拓期和改革开放以来的"百家争鸣"时期。在此基础上,结合需求层次理论和需求满足论,分析住宿业态变迁的驱动因素,认为宏观层面包括国家政策引导支持、经济因素、信息技术的推动、旅游产业转型升级与创新发展、住宿业与其他产业的融合等五大因素;微观层面包括顾客价值导向变革、旅游者旅游目的和出行方式的影响、消费者心理诉求及消费需求多样化、旅游住宿企业的创新发展等四大因素。最后,根据业态变迁的运行机理分析,预测未来将加快智慧酒店的推进与实施,趋向于呈现多业态并存、边界模糊的格局。The literature depicted the course of the changes of tourism & accommodation industry in China:the origin of ancient hotels,the development period of Western-style hotels,mixed-style restaurants and the inns,and the "Hundred Schools of Thought Contending"since the opening-up. On this basis,the hierarchy of needs and demand satisfaction theory were applied in the analysis of the driving factors of the change of accommodation industry. The macro-level factors include five major factors: national policy preferences and support,economic factors,promotion of information technology,transformation and upgrading of tourism industry,integration of accommodation and other industries. And the micro-level aspects include four major factors: the change of customer value orientation,the impact of tourists' travel purposes and modes,the psychological demands of consumers and the diversification of consumer demand,and the innovation and development of tourism accommodation enterprises. Finally,the analysis of the operation mechanism of change predicted that the promotion and implementation of smart hotels will be accelerated in the future,and a pattern of multi-industry coexistence and ambiguous boundaries will be found.
