葛藤和甘蔗梢混合比例对青贮品质的影响

摘　　要：试验以糖蜜为添加剂,研究葛藤和甘蔗梢不同比例混合对青贮品质的影响,以期为生产优质葛藤和甘蔗梢青贮饲料提供理论支持。试验调制6种混合比例的葛藤与甘蔗梢混合青贮,按葛藤:甘蔗梢(质量比)分别为10∶0(100K)、90∶10(9K1S)、80∶20(8K2S)、70∶30(7K3S)、60∶40(6K4S)和0∶10(100S)。每个处理5个重复,常温下贮存50d后开封,测定化学成分和发酵品质。结果表明,甘蔗梢比例的升高能够提高葛藤甘蔗梢混合青贮的品质,随着甘蔗梢的比例升高(除100S),青贮料的干物质含量、pH、氨态氮含量、乙酸含量和丙酸含量下降,中性洗涤纤维含量、酸性洗涤纤维含量和半纤维素含量升高。6种混合比例的青贮料,6K4S青贮料pH(4.12)、乙酸含量(2.11%DM)和丙酸含量(1.00%DM)显著降低(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维含量(68.29%DM)和半纤维素含量(20.25%DM)显著升高(P<0.05),青贮品质最佳。For the production of kudzu and sugarcane top silage,six mixed ratios of kudzu and sugarcane top were ensiled.There were 10∶0,90∶10,80∶20,70∶30,60∶40,and 0∶10(short for 100 K,9 K1 S,8 K2 S,7 K3 S,6 K4 Sand 100 S).Ensiled for 50 days at normal temperature,the nutritional indexes were measured with five replicates for each treatment.The results showed that the quality of kudzu and sugarcane top mixed silage(except 100 S)was increased with the increasing of the proportion of sugarcane top,so was neutral detergent fiber content,acid detergent fiber and hemicellulose content,but dry matter content,pH value,ammonia nitrogen content,acetic acid content and propionic acid content decreased.The pH value,acetic acid content and propionic acid content of 6 K4 Ssilage were significantly decreased(P<0.05),neutral detergent fiber content and hemicellulose content were significantly increased(P <0.05),which was the best silage among the 6 kinds of mixed silages.
