摘　　要：在介绍我国高校二级学院权力运行现状及存在主要问题的基础上,总结、归纳了英美两国高校二级学院治理结构特点,进而从治理理论视角提出规范我国高校二级学院权力配置与运行的对策和建议。The paper, based on the introduction of present situation and major problems of power operation in China's secondary colleges, summarizes the governance structure of secondary colleges in Britain and the United States, and from the perspective of governance theory proposes measures and suggestions on how to standardize power allocation and operation in China's secondary colleges.
