马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液对婴幼儿浅表性血管瘤的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨研究治疗婴幼儿浅表性血管瘤采用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年5月至2017年5月期间收治的婴幼儿浅表性血管瘤80例展开分析,将之按入院顺序分为两组,参照组40例和研究组40例,参照组给予患儿生理盐水外涂瘤体表面,研究组给予患儿马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液外涂瘤体表面,比较两组治疗效果。结果两组比较临床治疗效果,研究组为90.00%的总有效率,参照组为30.00%的总有效率,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿比较用药前后血流峰值和阻力系数变化,用药后较用药前血流峰值显著降低,阻力系数明显上升(P<0.05);两组在不良反应上比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在婴幼儿浅表性血管瘤的治疗中应用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液能够提高临床疗效,且具有较高的安全性,值得推广。Objective To investigate the treatment of infantile superficial hemangioma with the clinical effects of Timolol Maleate Eye Drops.Methods Selected in our hospital from May 2016~2017 year in May during the period of infant superficial hemangioma to analyze 80 cases,then were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group of 40 cases and 40 cases of the study group,reference group were treated with saline coated tumor surface,study group were treated with Timolol Maleate Eye Drops with the tumor surface,the treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The two groups to compare the clinical treatment effect,the study group was 90% of the total efficiency was 30,the reference group Total efficiency%,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Changes of peak flow and resistance coefficient are compared before and after treatment in the study group,after treatment than before treatment significantly reduced the peak flow,the drag coefficient increased significantly(P<0.05);the two groups in adverse reactions had no significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of Timolol Maleate Eye Drops can improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of infants with superficial hemangioma,and has high safety,it is worthy of promotion.
