摘　　要：《铁路货物装载加固规则》中缺乏70t平车装运超长货物时的容许装载重量规定,不方便现场操作执行。本文研究了超长货物对平车容许装载重量的影响机理,根据实际情况设计了仿真实验的装载工况和运行工况,基于SIMPACK建立了NX_(70A)型平车装载超长货物的动力学仿真模型,通过仿真实验研究选定了最不利运行工况。对比分析了最不利运行工况条件下,不同重量的超长货物与毛重为标记载重量、长度为车体长度的货物间,在作用于车体的垂向载荷上的差异,确定了一定长度的超长货物能保证运输安全的重量最大值,据此提出了NX_(70A)型平车装运不同长度的超长货物时的容许装载重量,对现行规定具有补充完善作用。The lack of requirement in China's Railway Freight Loading and Securement Rules on allowable loading weight of overlong goods on 70 tflat wagon causes inconvenience in handling on-site loading operation with 70 tflat wagon.The influence of overlong goods on the allowable loading weight of flat wagon was studied.The loading condition and vehicle running condition were designed according to the actual situation.The dynamic simulating model of NX_(70A) flat wagon loaded with overlong goods was built with SIMPACK,and the most unfavorable vehicle running conditions were chosen by simulation.The difference in vertical loads acting on the wagon between the overlong goods of different weight,the maximum allowable weight and the goods within the length of wagon under the most unfavorable operating conditions was compared and analyzed.The maximum weight of a certain length of overlong goods that can ensure the safety of transportation was determined.Based on this,the maximum allowable weight of overlong goods on NX_(70A) flat wagon was put forward.The conclusion of this paper plays a complementary role in current rules.
