超声乳化手术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的疗效及前房形态学观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声乳化手术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)的疗效及前房形态学的远期变化。方法:收治PACG患者44例(44眼)。均行超声乳化白内障摘出术治疗,分别在术前与术后3个月时,检查患者眼压与裸眼视力,用OCT检查前房各参数变化情况。结果:患者术后3个月时的裸眼视力较手术前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月时眼压与术前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后患者500μm房角开放距离、周边前房深度、中央前房深度及前房容积相比术前均显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:PACG患者行超声乳化术,效果显著,能显著改善眼前段结构的狭窄情况。Objective：To investigate the long-term effect of phacoemulsification on primary angle closure glaucoma（PACG）and the morphology of anterior chamber.Methods：44 cases of PACG patients（44 eyes）were selected.They were all underwent phacoemulsification cataract surgery treatment.The intraocular pressure and uncorrected visual acuity were examined preoperatively and 3 months after surgery.The changes of anterior chamber parameters were examined by OCT.Results：The uncorrected visual acuity at 3 months after surgery was significantly different（P〈0.05）.The IOP at 3 months after operation was significantly different from that before the operation（P〈0.05）.The open angle,the depth of the anterior chamber,the depth of the anterior chamber and the volume of anterior chamber of the 500 μm patients were significantly increased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The phacoemulsification in the treatment of PACG is effective and can significantly improve the stenosis of anterior segment.
