摘  要:针对目前种子繁育机械化水平低、效率低、易混种,且试验数据不准确等问题,设计了一种锥体帆布带式小区播种机。该播种机主要由锥体帆布带式排种器、传动系统、开沟器和机架4部分组成。该播种机选用后悬挂式,直接采用拖拉机作为动力源,在拖拉机牵引作用下,带动地轮滚动;通过左侧地轮的传动经链传动、变速箱、链传动、锥齿轮,将动力传给排种器,通过调节变速箱,实现不同长度小区定量均匀播种。田间试验表明:播种深度合格率为87.5%,伤种率为0.37%,播种均匀性变异系数27.7%,满足育种试验的农艺要求。In view of the existing problems about low level of mechanization,low efficiency,easy to mix,and the test data is not accurate a canvas cone belt of plot seeder has designed. The seeder is mainly composed of a cone canvas type metering device,transmission system,opener and frame of four parts. The seeder hanging in the back of tractor,and provide power by the tractor. ground wheel's turn by the tractor's traction provide the power,and drive on the left side of the wheel through chain transmission,gear box,chain drive,bevel gear,the power is transmitted to the metering device; by adjusting the transmission,different length of quantitative uniform seeding cell. The field experiment showed that the qualified rate was 87. 5%,the rate of injury was 0. 37%,and the uniformity coefficient of variation was27. 7%,which was satisfied with the agronomic requirements of breeding experiment.
