摘  要:重庆市涪陵榨菜以其独有的特质成为区域特色农产品中的佼佼者,而且涪陵榨菜已走出国门、走向世界,与欧洲的酸黄瓜、德国的甜酸甘蓝成为世界三大名腌菜,也是中国对外出口的三大名菜[1]。但是,榨菜的收获还停留在人工阶段,急需解决榨菜的机械化收获问题。为此,基于榨菜物理特性,设计了一种集扶叶、夹持拔取、输送及切叶等功能为一体的榨菜收获机。首先,对收获机传动路线进行了设计,制定了技术要求,并对各级传动比设计计算,通过数学建模确定夹持拔取装置对地角度等参数间的相互关系;然后,基于Pro/E对收获机主要零部件进行了三维建模设计及虚拟装配,并对其主要工作部件进行了设计计算;最后,完成了榨菜收获机试验样机的制作并进行了田间试验。试验结果表明:该收获机基本满足榨菜机械化收获的需求。Chongqing Fuling tumorous stem mustard with its unique characteristics become regional outstanding agricultural products,and Fuling tumorous stem mustard has been out of the country,to the world,with the European cucumber,sweet and sour cabbage in Germany to become the world's top three pickles,but also China's foreign Export of the three dishes. But the harvest of tumorous stem mustard still remain in the artificial stage,urgent need to address the mechanized harvest of tumorous stem mustard. Based on the physical characteristics of tumorous stem mustard,this paper designs a Tumorous stem mustard harvest that integrates the functions of leaf-helper,clamping,delivery and root-cutter. Firstly,the transmission line of the harvester is designed,the technical requirements are worked out,and the relationship between the parameters such as the angle of the earthing device is determined by mathematical modeling. Then,based on Pro/E,the main components of the harvester were designed and simulated,and the main working parts were designed and calculated. Finally,the prototype of tumorous stem mustard harvester was completed and the field experiment was carried out. The results showed that the harvester could basically meet the needs of mechanized harvesting of mustard.
