摘 要:挤奶是奶牛养殖的关键环节之一,高智能挤奶自动化装备引入奶牛挤奶系统中是发展趋势。为此,对挤奶机器人的结构进行了详细阐述和设计,使其能够实现合理饲喂和挤奶,并使奶牛更加舒适,有效控制牛奶品质和保证奶牛健康。在工作效率方面,挤奶机器人增加每日挤奶次数,提高了产奶量,且利于实现奶牛场的高度无人化、自动化,节省大量劳动时间和生产成本。Milking is one of the key links in dairy farming,intelligent automation equipment introduction of cow milking system is the development trend. In this paper,the structure of the milking robot is described and designed in detail,so that it can meet the reasonable feeding and milking,and make the cows more comfortable,effectively control the quality of milk and ensure the health of dairy cows; in the work efficiency,increase the number of daily milking,so as to improve milk production,and to achieve a high degree of automation of the dairy farm,saving a lot of labor time and production costs.
