摘  要:以黄瓜、辣椒、茄子穴盘苗为研究对象,通过夹苗拉拔试验测试分析穴盘苗钵体与穴盘孔穴的黏附特性,采用平板压缩方式研究钵体抗压特性,并对幼苗茎秆和叶子进行拉伸破坏测试。试验表明:在穴盘苗自动移栽过程中,夹取针夹紧钵体的夹取力主要用于克服穴盘苗钵体与穴盘孔穴的黏附力作用;在同等的育苗条件下,黄瓜、辣椒、茄子穴盘苗的夹取力大小依次为辣椒>黄瓜>茄子;不同穴盘苗钵体的抗压能力相近;与辣椒、茄子穴盘苗相比,黄瓜幼苗更容易拉断,3种穴盘苗叶子拉断破坏强度相近。在设计取苗机构、夹持器和推苗装置时,应考虑必要的避苗措施,以提供更多的空间让出幼苗植株。With cucumber plug seedlings, pepper plug seedlings and eggplant plug seedlings as the objects of the research, adhesion between the plug seedling bowl and the plug hole was measured by clamping seedling to pull it out. Compressive resistance of plug seedling bowl was studied by the plane compression test of the bowl. The tensile tests of plug seedling stems and leaves were carried out. The results show that in the plug seedlings automatic transplanting clamping force from clamping bowl is mainly used to overcome adhesion between the plug seedling bowl and the plug hole. Compressive resistance of plug seedling bowl has nothing to do with seedling objects. Under the same nursery condition, gripping force order between cucumber plug seedlings, pepper plug seedlings and eggplant plug seedlings is pepper plug seedlings〉 cucumber plug seedlings〉 eggplant plug seedlings. Compared with pepper plug seedling and eggplant plug seedling, cucumber plug seedling is easier to pull off. Tensile failure strength of different plug seedlings' leaves is similar. When picking seedling machinery, gripper and pushing seedling device are designed, measures to avoid seedlings should be considered in order to provide more space for seedling plants.
