摘  要:为了提高丘陵山区烟草钵苗的移栽效率,设计了一种单行自走式钵苗移栽机,并对该机型行驶稳定性进行分析,推导出稳定性表达式。运用Solid Works建立移栽机底盘三维模型,并将模型导入ADAMS软件,分析了单行自走式钵苗移栽机底盘纵向、横向稳定性随地面角度变化规律曲线,并确定了最佳设计参数。该自走式移栽机具有较好作业稳定性,能够完成移栽作业。In order to improve the efficiency of tobacco seedling transplanting in hilly region,a single row self-propelled seedling transplanter was designed. The three-dimensional model of this transplanting machine was establish using Solidworks and imported into ADAMS software. The longitudinal and lateral stability curve changes with the ground angle was analyzed. The optimal design parameter of the single row self-propelled transplanter was also calculated. The self-propelled transplanter has the advantages of good operation stability,and can complete the transplanting operation.
