基于采纳视角的农业信息技术应用关键因素识别

摘　　要：信息技术在农业中的应用促进了"互联网+现代农业"的深度融合,是实现由传统农业向现代农业跨越的关键路径。基于对全国235个农业组织调研数据的统计描述分析,构建农业组织采纳农业农业信息技术的二元Logistics模型,识别影响生产者采纳农业信息技术的关键因素。研究结果表明:新注册成立的农业组织呈现逐渐增加趋势,且发展规模差异明显;企业和政府是农业组织成立的牵头主体,农业组织实行差异化经营方式;有4 8.5%的农业组织提供产销一体化服务,采纳农业信息技术的农业组织占到3 0.5%;成立时间、提高产量、信息获取、政府支持、周围有人用、资金储备和能力信心等7个因素对农业组织采纳农业信息技术具有显著促进作用。最后,提出需求导向型技术研发、加大政策支持力度和加强对生产者进行培训等政策建议,以期能够促进农业信息技术推广扩散。The application of information technology in agriculture has become the key way to realize the leap from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Based on the survey data of 235 agricultural organizations in China,the statistical description method and econometric model analysis had been used to analyze factors affecting the adoption of agricultural information technology. The results indicated that the newly incorporated agriculture organization gradually increases,and the scale of development is significantly different,the enterprise and the government is the main body of agricultural organization led the establishment of the agricultural organization to implement differentiated business mode,48. 5%agricultural organizations provide integration services. The establishment of time,improve production,access to information,government support,the use of people around,capital reserves and ability to confidence in 7 factors of agricultural organizations to adopt agricultural information technology has a significant role in promoting. Finally,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as the research and development of demand oriented technology,the increase of policy support,and the strengthening of the training of producers.
